When I was a kid, all I ever wanted was a bunk bed. Having a friend to stay over or even just to share with my brother would have made it a little more fun to go to bed. Other school friends who had bunk beds would make a den in the bottom bunk, using sheets, bedding and everything else they could find. To a kid, a bunk bed is a really fun place to go to sleep, and it gives them a choice of where they can sleep too! Since bunk beds also have lots of storage, you get somewhere to put all of their toys too!
